Delete Your Connau Account

How to request deletion

• Email info@connau.com from the email address you registered with Connau.
• Use the subject "Account deletion".
• We will confirm that we received your request and let you know when your account has been deleted.

If you no longer have access to your registration email, say so in your message and we will verify your identity another way.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in details, so the account can no longer be used
• Your name, email address, phone number and other contact details
• Your own dogs and the records, photos and documents you added to them
• Device tokens used for push notifications

What is kept

• Data a breeder has recorded about a litter and puppy remains in the breeder's account, as it is the breeder's own breeding record. Your name and contact details are not kept with it.
• A record that the account was closed is kept without personal data, so the same account is not reopened by mistake.

Timeline

We delete or anonymise the data within 30 days of your request. Data is removed from backups as they rotate.

Want to delete only some data?

You can delete individual records and files yourself in the service. If you want us to delete something else without closing your account, send a request to info@connau.com.
