In Connau, the breeder turns their own instructions into a digital puppy pack for the new owner: the right information and reminders arrive at the right time, supporting the owner through the early weeks when there is a lot to remember. The dog's story continues unbroken in its new home.

2 · Uploads their instructions to Connau
Care instructions are added to Connau once — Word, PDF or another file works. Connau turns them into a digital puppy guide and reminders, which the breeder reviews and approves before publishing.
3 · Invites the new owner
The owner receives an invitation and uses Connau on their phone, free of charge. They can explore the breeder's materials well before the puppy comes home, and the breeder can follow the owner's progress in Connau.
4 · Hands over digitally
The information the owner needs transfers to them at handover. The breeding work doesn't disappear: the puppy pack stays with the breeder as a template — easy to update and reuse for the next litters' handovers.

What is a digital puppy pack?
A digital puppy pack is the modern version of the printed puppy folder: the puppy's records, health data, the breeder's care instructions and documents in one digital place, handed over with the puppy.
Unlike paper or scattered messages, it stays accessible for the dog's whole life.
What should a puppy pack include?
Typically: feeding instructions, health and vaccination records, worming history, the sales contract, registration papers and the breeder's advice for the first weeks.
Connau brings all of these together so nothing is forgotten at handover. Your instructions are clearly shown to the owner as the breeder's own content — alongside Connau's general puppy guide covering the first months, from feeding to socialisation.
At what age do puppies go to their new homes?
Typically at around eight weeks — check your kennel club's guidance for your country and breed.
With Connau you can prepare the handover in advance, so everything is ready on the day.
How does the new owner remember vaccinations and worming?
Connau creates reminders based on the puppy's birth date — vaccinations, worming and registration reach the owner at the right time, without the breeder having to chase.
As a breeder you can adjust reminder timing per puppy or per litter, and you always approve every reminder before it is published to the owner.
Does the new owner have to pay?
No. An owner invited by their breeder uses Connau free of charge during the beta.
What if the owner doesn't want to use an app?
The puppy pack opens in the browser without any installation, so the threshold is low — and the invitation never expires.
Can I use Connau for litters I've already handed over?
Yes. You can add earlier litters and dogs afterwards, and start your next litter in Connau from day one.
