• To manage the Connau early adopter waiting list
• To inform you about product updates, launch information, and early access opportunities

7. Campaigns, Raffles and Partner Marketing

From time to time we run campaigns and raffles — for example at events or on social media (such as the “Koirat kartalle” map campaign at kampanja.connau.com). When you take part, we collect the information stated on the campaign form, typically:

• Your name, email address and (optionally) phone number — the phone number is used only to reach the raffle winner and deliver the prize
• Your dog's name, breed and home town, and optionally a photo and a social media handle
• Whether you are a breeder or an owner, and whether you are expecting a litter
• The consents you give on the form

We use this data to run the raffle (including contacting winners and delivering prizes), to add you to the Connau waiting list, and — with your consent — for marketing by Connau and the named campaign partner. Contacting the winner is part of running the raffle and does not require marketing consent.

Joint campaigns with Vetcare Oy: where a campaign is run together with Vetcare and you have consented to marketing from Vetcare, we share your name and email address with Vetcare Oy for their marketing. Vetcare processes this data as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy, available at vetcare.fi.

Public visibility: your dog's name, breed and home town are shown on the public map and statistics only if you give visibility permission on the form. Your contact details are never shown publicly. You can withdraw your permissions and consents at any time by contacting info@connau.com.
