Connau Update: Where We Are Now

Over the past weeks, Connau has taken several important steps forward. We are building Connau to improve one of the most critical moments in a dog’s life: the transition from breeder to new owner. Our goal is to ensure that essential knowledge, documentation and guidance follow the dog in a clear and continuous way. Here is where we are now: * The project has taken shape.
 Connau has moved from early concept into a structured initiative with a growing team and clearer direction. * The demo is ready.
 Our first clickable prototype has been completed and is helping us demonstrate the concept in practice. * Conversations have begun.
 We have started introducing Connau to breeders, partners and other early stakeholders to gather insight and feedback. * MVP preparation is underway.
 We are currently working toward our first MVP release. Why this matters The beginning of dog ownership is still surprisingly fragmented. Information is often scattered across multiple channels, and important guidance may not reach the new owner at the right time. We believe this moment deserves a better model — one that supports both breeders and owners in a more structured and responsible way. Connau Demo Completed – Making the Concept Visible

Connau has reached its first concrete milestone: our first clickable demo is now complete. The demo represents the first time the Connau concept can be experienced in practice. It helps us demonstrate how breeder knowledge, documentation and guidance can move together in one structured digital flow from breeder to new owner. Why this matters Today, the beginning of dog ownership is often fragmented. Important information may be spread across paper folders, chat messages, separate systems and memory. This creates unnecessary work for breeders and uncertainty for new owners. The demo allows us to make the solution tangible: * how puppy information can be structured in one place * how documentation and guidance can move together * how the handover process can become clearer and calmer Connau is no longer just a concept — it now has a visible first version that we can share, test and improve. Connau Is Taking Shape – From Idea to Reality

Connau is no longer just an idea we talk about — it is becoming a real project with a growing team and a clearer path forward. During early February, the work around Connau has taken an important step forward. What started as a strong insight around the fragmented puppy health data manament is now evolving into a structured initiative with a committed team and shared direction. The team is strengthening Otso Lindfors and Mikko “Tuba” Tuominen have joined the journey, bringing additional capability and support as we move toward the next phase. Building Connau is not only about creating a digital product — it is about designing a practical model that supports breeders, new dog owners and future partners in a meaningful way. Why this matters This is the moment where Connau starts to move from concept into execution. With a stronger team and a clearer direction, we are now able to take the next concrete steps: * shaping the solution together as a team * preparing the concept for external discussions * moving toward a first functional version Our focus remains clear:
